Maintenance method:

1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned, coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place.

2. Maintenance and repair should be carried out by those who are familiar with the mechanism of the hoist, to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from disassembling and assembling at will.

3. The gear installation shall be operated according to the drawing.

4. When installing the grooved nut, turn the handwheel clockwise first, so that the ratchet and friction plate are pressed against the brake air seat, and then install the grooved nut.

5. After the hoist has been cleaned, inspected and repaired, no-load and heavy-load tests should be carried out to confirm that the work is normal and automatic and reliable before it can be used for rendezvous. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and the pollution of sludge and sewage is strictly prohibited.

Standard test:

1. No-load test: when there is no load, pull the forward rod and reverse rod back and forth three times, observe the working condition of the mechanism, and there should be no jamming phenomenon.

2. Rated load test: test on a special test bench, the pull force and the reciprocating wire rope stroke of the handle should meet the standard requirements.

3. Dynamic load test: test on a special test bench, load at 1.1 times the rated load, ascend and descend once, and the wire rope moving distance each time shall not be less than 200mm. The whole machine should work smoothly and reliably.

4. Static load test: On the special test bench, gradually load it to 1.5 times the rated load, stay for 10 minutes, and the clips and clamping plates must not have permanent deformation that affects the performance.

5. Hook test:

On the material testing machine, gradually load to 2 times the rated load through the center of the hook cavity, unload the load after staying for 1 minute, and check the deformation of the hook mouth of the hook, which should not exceed 0.25%;

On the material testing machine, gradually load up to 4 times the rated load through the center of the hook cavity, and the hook should be able to support it reliably for 1min.
